Position Overview
The PRP Counselor provides psychiatric rehabilitation services to clients with mental health diagnoses. Services focus on skill-building, community integration, treatment planning, and promoting independence and stability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- 1+ year experience in behavioral health (preferred)
- Knowledge of PRP documentation requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in community settings
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs)
- Provide community-based skill-building sessions
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers
- Assist clients with employment, education, and daily living skills
- Attend supervision and team meetings

Pay rate: $25-30
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

We are accredited by CARF International and offer state licensed programs including Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC), Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), and Mobile Treatment (MTS).
We provide services, both in person or via telehealth, aiming to serve individuals from ages 3 and older suffering from mental and behavioral disorders and individuals from ages 0 and older requiring medical care with the intent of attaining health, wellness, recovery, and wholeness using a holistic approach.
