Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LCPC) to provide high-quality behavioral health services within a collaborative care environment. The counselor will support patients through counseling, evaluations, and treatment planning while working closely with other behavioral health professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling and behavioral health support
- Conduct mental health evaluations and risk assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain clinical documentation in EHR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Provide health education and behavioral health support services
- Assist with community-based mental health initiatives
Qualifications
- Active LPC or LCPC license in Maryland
- Experience in mental health counseling or behavioral health services
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
- Current unrestricted Maryland license
- Availability to work 25+ hours weekly
- Experience with EHR systems
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience
- Community-based behavioral health programs
- Integrated care environments
- Outreach or public health initiatives
$40-$45 Pay Hourly
Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

We are accredited by CARF International and offer state licensed programs including Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC), Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), and Mobile Treatment (MTS).
We provide services, both in person or via telehealth, aiming to serve individuals from ages 3 and older suffering from mental and behavioral disorders and individuals from ages 0 and older requiring medical care with the intent of attaining health, wellness, recovery, and wholeness using a holistic approach.
